NOTE - Roosevelt County has a variety of rules that must be followed with regard to obtaining records. Roosevelt County requesters must attain records between 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. PST from Monday to Friday. If a requester wishes to obtain files, they must bring some form of photo identification. Both driver's licenses and state IDs would suffice. Roosevelt County insists upon public record applications being put in writing.
